There comes a point when you have to give up

Because you can’t keep pouring from an empty cup

Giving and giving what you no longer have to give

So busy helping but not taking the time to live

Feeding others while starving yourself

Not taking care of spiritual and physical health

Being able to help others is truly a blessing

But taking care of self first is an important life lesson
